Before a machine reaches your site, it undergoes a rigorous PDI check in our workshop. One of our eight skilled engineers carries out operational and quality inspections to ensure it meets our high standards.

Once inspections are complete, the machine is handed over to our transport team for scheduling. With most orders scheduled for same or next day delivery, we make sure you get the equipment you need, fast.

When your order is placed, we promptly gather all the necessary details to ensure a seamless and hassle-free delivery process. From confirming specifications to coordinating logistics, we handle every aspect with precision. Our priority is to get your machine on-site as quickly as possible, minimising downtime and keeping your operations running smoothly.

Our aim is that you never have to get in touch, unless it’s to place another order! However, in the rare event of a breakdown or service issue, we respond swiftly to minimise disruption. We start by calling you to assess the situation and determine if the problem can be resolved remotely. If further assistance is required, we quickly dispatch an engineer to ensure minimal downtime and get you back on track as soon as possible.

When your job is complete, we handle collection efficiently, aiming to retrieve your machine within seven days. Where possible, we align collections with nearby deliveries to make the process more convenient for you. The night before, we’ll give you a call to confirm the collection, and if a driver is already in your area, we’ll coordinate a pick-up to save you time.

Once a machine is returned, it undergoes a comprehensive valet service to ensure it meets our high standards before its next hire. We meticulously inspect all key components, addressing any minor issues and ensuring everything is in perfect working order. Once cleaned and serviced, the machine is then prepared for its Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), where final checks are carried out to guarantee it’s fully operational and ready to perform at its best for the next user.
